John S. Knight Journalism Fellowship (United States)

Ready to transform your journalism — and your life? Apply for a 2015-16 John S. Knight Journalism Fellowship. The deadline is Dec. 1, 2014 for both U.S. and international applicants. The program is focused on journalism innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership.

Fellows in the program work on solving challenges facing journalists and journalism, such as finding ways to reach underserved communities, leveraging technology to help journalism, seeking innovative ways to financially support quality journalism as well as fostering independent journalism in countries without a history of a free press.

The spouses and the partners of fellows are welcomed as JSK Affiliates to attend program events and Stanford classes. Children of fellows can attend excellent Palo Alto-area schools and are included in fellowship life.
