Short film festival accepting entries (Minsk)

The International Short Film Festival "Cinema Perpetuum Mobile", organized by "Kinaklub", will take place April 2015 in Minsk, Belarus. Filmmakers from around the world can enter their short films in the festival.

The competition program includes four categories: feature films, nonfiction films, animation and experimental films. The jury will choose the best work in each category and the best Belarusian film.

Films must be no longer than 35 minutes and have been produced after Jan. 1, 2013. The working languages are English, Belarusian and Russian. Each work must have a subtitle file attached separately. The deadline is November 15, 2014. Participation in the festival is free.
