Training Course: Conflict Consultant for Internally Displaced People
Creative Development Center (Georgia) in cooperation with CRISP e.V (Germany) and IfA (Institute for international Relations) is opening a call for participants to get involved in long term qualification program "Conflict consultant for Internally displaced people".
High number of IDP (Internally displaced people) in the region of Caucasus as well as Ukraine nowadays, shows urgency of answering the issue of reintegration through innovative ways. Nowadays besides conflicts between states, we face conflicts among communities, or even inside communities, especially those affected by conflicts themselves.
Stigmatization and discrimination are following the process of integration, and this makes situation even more challenging for everyday life. In some cases it is even difficult to find specific status quo for those who had to leave their cities or who are still living near the border.

Key players in this situation are grass-root organizations or free lancers who are actively working with IDP (Internally displaced people) and try to support their socio-political integration. Besides their good network, they also have trust among beneficiaries.
Main goal of the project "Conflict consultant for Internally displaced people" is to support integration process of IDP through simulation games. That fostering communication among different groups as well as different stakeholders gives a chance to let different members of society raise important issues and find solutions for the problems that IDP are facing everyday.
