UNICEF Office in Belarus is looking for International individual and national individual consultants for Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (KAP) Study on Early Childhood Development and responsible parenting.

Required experience: a) proven experience in conducting knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) studies relating to children rights, media research, and behavioural change research and information management systems; b) postgraduate degree in sociology, social anthropology, economics, and education; good analytical, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills. Excellent reporting and presentation skills; c) fluency in spoken and written Russian is a must; knowledge of English is an advantage. Prior work experience with UNICEF is desirable.
