Young Leaders Forum Eastern Partnership-EU in Brussels
The Young Leaders Forum brings together young leaders from both the EU and the Eastern Partnership countries (Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine) and will take place on 8-11 December 2014 at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium.
Three young leaders aged 20-35 from the Eastern Partnership countries and six from the EU will be selected. Participants may be involved in politics, academia, business or civil society. Working languages will be English and Russian.
The Forum consists of several round tables where participants discuss among themselves or with Members of the European Parliament, representatives of other EU Institutions or experts and external guest speakers.
The European Parliament will cover all expenses directly deriving from participation to the Forum (economy class travel, accommodation and all meals as per the 8/11 December programme, public transport in Brussels).
Candidates will receive a personal invitation which may be used to facilitate their Schengen visas requests, it is the responsibility of each participant to see that such applications are submitted timely.
