We are happy to announce that five additional consultants joined the existing team of experts of the Clearing House project. The training session “Development and Submission of Project Proposals for the European Commission’s Calls for Proposals. The Logical Framework Approach” was held for the newcomers in Minsk. For two days, the consultants developed their practical skills in analysing potential problems, selecting possible project goals and reaching them under the defined programme, as well as forming sound budgets among other themes. The event was held by Georgy Baranets, an expert in the field of international project management in technical assistance.
