On 24-25 June, 10 Belarusian CSOs worked hard at the Clearing House seminar to improve their skills in preparing project proposals under the calls of the European Commission. Together with a highly qualified trainer, they tried to analyze what issues are the most pressing for their communities, how to choose the right project strategy, plan activities, develop the logical framework and, finally, how to properly manage a programme!
On the second day, the participants looked into the common mistakes made by applicants and discussed the different possibilities for project partnerships.
A separate training on how to include the gender component โ a cross-cutting issue in the programming โ will take place in the Belarus-EU Task Force on 26 June.
