European Intercultural Festival 2014
From the 4th to 14th September
Getting to know each other better!
Cultural and educational events, best international experts and lecturers, specialists in the field of art, new trends and approaches – all thess can be found at the European Intercultural Festival 2014. In addition to Minsk, this year the festival will be held in Mahiliou, Hrodna and Brest.
The main goal of friendly and creative team of non-governmental organizations in cooperation with diplomatic missions, media and other partners is to create for ten days the European atmosphere, as well as to provide sites for information and skills exchange in the field of culture and education.
This way the participants of the Festival will have an opportunity to acquaint with some traditions of Great Britain, attend the tea-party with the ambassador of this country in Belarus ; find oneself behind the scenes of Georgian cinema and see a movie with a famous scriptwriter; to communicate with well-known lecturers from Georgia, Great Britain, Slovenia, Germany, Moldova, Finland, Belgium; to know the ways of cheap travelling around Europe ; to learn about the basic mistakes made during application for projects of European programme « Erasmus+ ». All mentioned above makes up just a part of interesting presentations and training courses offered by the Festival!
On the 13th of September within the scope of City Day celebration Festival events will be held in the centre of Minsk in the open air. Minsk citizens and guests of the capital will have a possibility to see the mix of cultures and new popular ways of spending free time, united by all-European theme.
