“Green Office” – European Approach towards Energy Efficiency

Graduates of the Swedish Institute with Association of European Business of Belarus (AEB) and Belarusian State University invite graduates and students of Swedish programmes, as well as representatives of foreign and Belarusian commercial companies, interested in “green technology” management to the course “Green Office” which will start on September, 4, 2014 at 2 p.m and finish at 6 p.m. The seminar will be held in Minsk at the Faculty of International Relations at Belarusian State University (Leningradskaya str., lecture room 520, conference hall). The seminar is supported by the Swedish Institute in partnership with Association of European Business in Belarus, BSU within the scope of the “European Intercultural Festival – 2014”.

The participants will have a possibility to learn about the practical use of management system for offices according to the “green rules”, as well as the method of creating cost-effective “green office”. The seminar comprises an excursion to the “5th Element” mall and study of energy efficient technology by Philips company (Mayakouskaga str. 146). Also the experts from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), European Union project, “British American Tobacco” and “Philips” specialists and representatives of non-governmental organization “ECO project Partnership” will express their opinion and share experience on this point (Leningradskaya str., lecture room 520, conference hall). The organizers of the seminar are graduates of Swedish programmes and associate professors of BSU - Marina Borovko and Ludmila Fokeeva.

In order to participate in the seminar you should send the letter with the subject “Green Office” to  marisan81@mail.ru (copy for fokeeva@tut.by) or call 8029 1687001 (Marina), 8029 29 7541176 (Ludmila) and give your name, organisation and position. The registration deadline is August, 29, 2014. Graduates and students of Swedish programmes are given preference to. The registered participants will be informed about the seminar plan on September, 1, 2014.
