Javier SOLANA, EU High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), expressed his indignation and surprise at the warning of Belarusian Foreign Minister Martynau. He recalled that full responsibility for upholding the fundamental rights and guaranteeing the safety of the Belarusian population lies with the authorities of Belarus.
